Growing up in Pakistan, I witnessed the devastating realities of terrorism firsthand. I don’t remember a day that passed without hearing the heart-wrenching tales of loss that defined our era. Yet, amidst this turmoil, I found solace and direction in the teachings of Jane Addams and William Henry Beveridge. Their vision of the modern welfare system motivated me to step forward when my country needed it most. I began my journey volunteering for a School for Hearing Impaired Children during the height of the terrorism crisis—and that commitment to service has never wavered.

Bridging Research and Practice
I believe that volunteers don’t necessarily have the time; they simply have the heart. This passion led me to complete my MPhil and Masters in Social Work from the University of Sargodha with distinction. Since then, I have established myself as an independent researcher, publishing dozens of research papers, newspaper articles, and e-books. My work is dedicated to enlightening readers on emerging challenges in human rights, development, and policy, and has been widely recognized by journalists and policy analysts alike.
Global Perspective & Future Horizons
My academic and professional journey is currently focused on the intersection of environmental crises and human dignity. I am pursuing a PhD in Climate Change and Sustainable Development, with a specific focus on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) during climate-induced displacement. My international exposure includes: – Alumni of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, Italy. – Statelessness Intensive Course at the University of Melbourne.
My Vision:
I foresee myself as a Research Analyst and Climate Change Negotiator with deep expertise in policy formulation and planning for Global South.
